Pole Fitness gives a total body workout, leading to an overall toned physique resulting in leaner, more toned arms / buttocks/ thighs and flatter abs. The work out will also increase flexibility and strengthen your core muscles leading to an improved posture all while having fun and meeting new people.
Pole Fitness not only helps to create the perfect body but also improves self-esteem, teaches new dance moves and gives the opportunity to meet new people in a fun and friendly environment.
Our classes are run twice a week for both beginners and Intermediate/advanced students and we have 11 poles so every student gets their own pole. Pay as you go for €12.50 per class or buy 10 sessions for €100 saving you a huge €25. If you are a total pole lover we have a month membership for just €45 for unlimited classes of pole fitness and pole and tone!!
