Hands On Pottery

Hands On Pottery

from 80.00

Not just a great children's party idea, creating pottery is a wonderfully therapeutic and social activity for adults. Great for hen parties, office parties, or just a night in with a difference. Don't worry if you're not an "artist" we have plenty of ideas and inspiration. We will give everyone the chance to visit the working pottery, and then lead them through a pottery project where each person will create and decorate their own piece. These pots will be glazed, fired and ready for collection or delivery 4 weeks later.

The pottery is run by Hannah Arnup and her husband John Egan, Hannah studied both sculpture and ceramics, although much of her knowledge comes from her parents, a potter and a sculptor, Mick and Sally Arnup.

Not just a great children's party idea, creating pottery is a wonderfully therapeutic and social activity for adults. Great for hen parties, office parties, or just a night in with a difference. Don't worry if you're not an "artist" we have plenty of ideas and inspiration.

Our postal service, for a small fee, can deliver your pots to your doorstep, anywhere within the Ireland.

With a refurbished pottery room large to hold up to 35 people, parties usually last 1 ½ to 2 hours although this is flexible depending on requirements and age of the participants.
